Our family of five (3 kids under 5) stopped by for dinner. We loved it! The kids loved the dole whip and the yam fries the best. Adults loved the pork, burger and tuna poke bowl. The kids also loved the cute water glasses and the decor. Wonderful service! A great experience all-round!
INCREDIBLE food. Went to Kahuna today, after having highly recommended to us by multiple people. The second we walked in through the door, we were greeted and shown and explained the menu. The food is UNREAL. Authentic. Real flavour. Variety of Poke bowls with different meats available. Also - the Mac Salad is killer. It’s so so good. The desserts are beyond unreal. We had the Dole Whip and the GF Cheesecake. Kahuna makes all their pies Gluten Free already, so this is such a win for Celiacs!!! Seriously, 10/10 place to go have some unreal food.
I'd heard good things about the burgers here, and can now confirm they are extremely delicious. Also massive. I love me a smash burger, but sometimes you just want a beast, and this was it. Pineapple jam was bomb, you may need extra napkins. Had it with the green papaya coleslaw, which was also delicious. Couple of cheeky bell pepper slices in there. My sister had the poke bowl, which was (and looked) amazing, though we both agreed a smaller lunch-portion bowl would be an even bigger win. Shout out to the coffee, too. Unexpectedly great for a 1pm brew Staff (I believe you guys are the owners, actually?) were very friendly and chatty. Thanks guys, to you and the kitchen!
Amazing crisp poke bowl, hearty with veggies. I did not realize how much i love chutney in my poke until now. Look how rich the colors are! I had this refreshing and filling dinner to go, so I wasn’t there long, yet the man at the counter spent more time helping me then when I dine in at other restaurants. He had an oddly calming energy about him. Overall above and beyond experience at a decent price for a specialized poke bowl. I will be coming again to try the burgers
Kahuna was so great! The Silent Roaster sandwich tasted really good—one of the best I’ve had. The kalua pork was also delicious. The owner also gave us pineapple ice cream for dessert, which was a nice surprise and also really good. Staff were kind and friendly. I’ll definitely come back with friends.
Such a cozy atmosphere... it feels really nostalgic? Either way it made me feel at home while dining here the food was delicious and super unique! The service was amazing and I felt very well taken care of. Thank you for the fun!
what a burger?!?!? i had the Big Kahuna and it's a decision well taken. Beef patty, chicken and pork. a Crazy fusion of spice, sauce and ecstasy. Fantastic burger Ajay. My wife had the pork lunch plate. amazing!!. Resolved her craving for asian food even thou technically it's Hawaiian. And all are welcome.
Finally went in to try this place and it is amazing. Delicious pulled pork , my partner had the burger and fries and they’re excellent. The flavours are authentic and perfect, which includes the sides like macaroni salad and coleslaw. Usually I don’t eat the sides because they’re too gloopy but these were really good. We will be back to try the pies soon. The owners are kind and delightful and make everything in house.
